Meet The Founder - Becky
Welcome to Grays
"My drive behind Grays Jewellery started due to being disappointed with over-priced poor quality jewellery with misleading marketing from businesses that had little to no customer service.
I strive to connect with all customers giving them prompt personal responses to any queries or questions they may have, ensuring they are satisfied with not only their pieces but also their Grays experience from start to finish, whether online or in-store." - Becky

Grays Growth - Becky founded the business late 2020 when the world was in lockdown and she was furloughed. Like many others she reassessed her personal and professional life goals. She moved abroad and began running the business remotely, which would have been impossible without the help and support of her mum Anita, who runs the UK office.
Fast forward to 2022 Grays Jewellery opened the first mini pop up shop in Icmeler Marmaris, Turkey trialing the tourist market. Three other pop up shops soon followed in local salons in Gloucestershire. With the first season being a success Becky knew she had to come back bigger and better for her second summer season in Icmeler... The first ever Grays store.
