FAQ's

WHERE IS OUR STOCK FROM?

We source all of our items from experienced stockists who ensure the jewellery designs we envision are of the highest quality possible, in line with our price point.

IS OUR JEWELLERY SOLID GOLD OR SILVER?

Simply? No. However, it is dependant upon the piece. We do offer a selection of Solid 925 sterling silver. Our remaining jewellery items are either plated, Silver or Gold Filled. This is a thick layer which is much stronger and an alternative to Gold or Silver plating, which can damage, flake or tarnish much quicker.

We offer 18k Gold and 925 silver filled items, but please review the item specifics in the listing to check for which method has been used or skin sensitivities to any core metals.

SO WHY CAN FASHION JEWELLERY OXIDISE?

The truth is, ALL fashion jewellery, necklaces, earrings or bracelets are capable of tarnishing, some faster than others. Why? It's simple - over time, your jewellery comes in contact with moisture, acids, air, and oils that are naturally produced from your skin. They react with the metal in the jewellery, causing it to eventually wear down and tarnish. Have you ever left a sterling silver item out and noticed it's become a dark tone? That's from the metal reacting to moisture and sulphur in the air, regularly cleaning and following our Care Guide will ensure a longer jewellery life.

Even our vermeil, 18k gold plated and gold-filled jewellery are not resistant to tarnishing. They may eventually show signs of wear, but are likely to hold up better than jewellery not plated in this manner. You may have experienced high end solid gold/silver jewellery marking your skin which is usually due to a product build up reacting with your skin oils. How quickly your jewellery wears depends on a number of factors - the way you care for them, your skin composition, the air around you, how you store them, and the processes and materials used to make them. Check out our tips to prevent this from happening.

SOURCING CUSTOM ORDERS

One of the main reasons we started this business was because friends and family would be looking for something in particular. Whether, that be cheaper version of high end diamond pieces, or things spotted on celebs and social media.

If there is anything specific you are looking for be sure to email us with images and/or description and we will do our best to source the item for you.
