We aim for all personalised pieces to be shipped within 14-21 days of your order being placed. We are a small business and therefore we do not offer laser engraving or item cutting in house (something we look forward to offering in the future) which adds to our lead time. All custom orders will be with you within 30 days.
Custom pieces are non-refundable, non returnable and are not available to be returned in place of store credit. Please check, check again, and triple check at the checkout all the personalised information is correct and ensure your contact details are correct so we are able to contact you if necessary.
